The Southern Thunder Monster Truck Shootout Featuring Monster X Games is scheduled for
February 27th and 28th 2009. There will be three big shows, Friday at 7:30 pm, a Saturday matinee
at 1:30 pm and Saturday evening at 7:30 pm. The event is held at the Western North Carolina
Agricultural Center Main Arena, an indoor, heated facility located at 1301 Fanning Bridge Road
in Fletcher, N.C. The Center is located directly across from the Asheville Airport off Exit # 40 of
Interstate 26.

Some of the hottest Monster Trucks from around the nation will be going head to head in
side by side racing over cars as well as freestyle competition.

Monster Trucks currently scheduled to appear are:

BIGFOOT, STORM DAMAGE, KILLER BEE, PREDATOR, and PROJECT X.

Special added attractions include for the first time, daring Motorcycle Freestyle performances , Also Outlaw Quad Wars, Legends car races with heats and a feature race. In addition, there will be a Best (show) Truck contest and an Ugly Truck contest and more. Monster Truck Rides will be available before each show, during intermission and after each show. There will also be a pit party each day.

As always, the 2009 show will be non stop action and fun for the whole family.

Adults $16.50 Advance; $18.00 at the gate.

Advance ticket prices end the day before the performance, for example, Saturday advance prices end at
