The Carolina RibKing is really
Solomon Williams, a South Carolina griller
who started barbecuing as a hobby
and began competing in cook-offs
about ten years ago. Solomon's succulent
southern style won him "Best Ribs" in 2009.
The South Carolina griller dry rubs his ribs
with secret seasonings and then
smothers them with love.
Solomon won the preliminary round of the BBQ Pitmasters Challenge on Destination America Channel and qualified as
a finalist for this $50.000 Best of the Best Competition.
